1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on catapoxii.com ("Website") or purchasing Cotopaxi products ("Products"), you ("Customer") acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms of Purchase, as well as our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms. These terms govern the entire relationship between you and Cotopaxi ("we," "us," "our") for all purchases, superseding any prior verbal or written agreements.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you submit an order, you make a binding offer to purchase Products at the listed price (in USD, as our universal currency). All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Website are for informational purposes and we reserve the right to correct errors (e.g., pricing, inventory) before order confirmation.

Orders are subject to availability and our verification of payment and shipping details. We will send a confirmation email to your provided address once your order is processed (typically within 1-3 business days of submission). An order is only binding once we issue this confirmation—we may decline or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspicious payment activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Terms

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase required.
  • Fulfillment & Transit: Orders ship within 1-3 business days of confirmation, with delivery typically taking 6-12 business days. We use reliable logistics partners and provide tracking information via email once your order ships.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer. We do not control these charges—please consult your local customs authority for details before ordering. For shipments to the U.S., we comply with AMS requirements (advance 24-hour customs filing) .
  • Delivery Issues: We are not liable for delays caused by customs hold, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at service@catapoxii.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 60-day return window for most Products, starting from the date you receive the order .
  • To qualify for a return:
    • Products must be in "as-new" condition—unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
    • Reasonable inspection (e.g., opening packaging to check size/function) does not affect eligibility .
    • Certain items (e.g., personalized gear, hygiene products) may be non-returnable—this will be clearly stated on the product page.

5.2 Return Process

  • Contact service@catapoxii.com to request a return authorization (RA) number—returns without an RA will not be accepted.
  • Package the product securely and include the RA number on the shipping label.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

5.3 Refund Processing

  • We inspect returned items upon receipt. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds cover the full product price and original shipping (if applicable), but exclude return shipping costs (unless we are at fault).
  • If a gift with purchase is not returned with the product, we may deduct the stated value of the gift from your refund .

6. Product Condition & Warranty

6.1 Product Authenticity

All Cotopaxi Products are genuine and brand-new. We stand behind the quality of our gear, designed for outdoor durability and performance.

6.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product (not due to shipping), contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion, at no cost to you.

6.3 Limitations

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Product warranties do not cover modifications or repairs performed by third parties.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

  • You may cancel or modify an order only if it has not yet shipped. Contact service@catapoxii.com immediately with your order number—we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
  • If a canceled order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery (subject to return terms) or initiate a return after receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost use, missed adventures) arising from your purchase.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected Products.
  • This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for personal injury resulting from defective products.

9. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Website, and will take effect 14 days after notification. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
